20-minute meal

For about a week I haven’t had the energy to cook every meal for every day. Most of the time I waited until I was very hungry to start cooking, and ended up eating fruits, cheese or any other snack in order to satisfy my hunger. But, today was different. After craving some comfort food, I decided to make this yummy meal that only took me about 20 minutes. I don’t even know the last time I had chicken strips and to top it off, I decided on an avocado salad side.

Honey Mustard: dijon mustard 2 tbsp, honey 2 tbsp

Chicken Strips: boneless chicken tenders, almond flour, 1 egg, salt, pepper, grapeseed oil

Avocado Salad: 1 avocado diced, paprika, salt, pepper, red onions, a drizzle of olive oil
