Again with a food post, but what can I say, I’ve being enjoying cooking too much lately. I guess I’m back at being Le Bori Chef. Last night I was craving risotto, which I hadn’t eaten in such a long time. I went with a simple and easy parmesan risotto and seared scallops. The risotto was better than ever, and thankfully, I prepared so much, I’ll be able to enjoy it for like a week jeje. You can find this recipe in the back of any arborio rice box.
